The session lasts for as long as it takes for us to understand your priorities and to provide you with the background knowledge you need to achieve your financial goals. Although you would see a 1 hour slot in the booking calendar, it\’s basically for convenience purposes in managing our calendar - it does not mean the session ends after 1 hour.
Clients are entitled to a refund only if we confirm that they have not received or interacted with anything of value from us. On our part, we will ensure that you get value for what you pay for.
